Welcome!
I began my professional massage therapy studies at the Swedish Institute in 2009 but my Holistic story doesn't start there...I started practicing Bikram Yoga in NYC in 2005, prior to its popularity in the US. I had been doing inversion postures and Asanas since childhood and have always had a thirst for health & wellness. My mother would always say I spent most of my childhood upside down (in a head-stand) and it all makes sense now! That was also the year I was first introduced to Reiki and energy healing & later dedicated myself to a spiritual journey and my life was completely transformed.
Since then, I've gone on to learn, practice and teach various modalities and self-healing techniques. My approach is learn, practice, offer so naturally gravitated toward women's therapy. Some of my practices include:
Transcendental meditation, Chakra balancing, Crystal therapy, Sound healing, Yoni steams, Womb massage Therapy, Oracle & Tarot Readings, hosting weekly women's circle group and support calls and much more. I am also a medicinal ceremonial guide having hosted many events, from guided meditations to overnight plant & psilocybin ceremonies. In 2014, After many years of juggling a career and my calling, I decided to leave my career in finance to pursue the healing arts full-time. I have since been on this beautiful journey of self-realization, traveling, learning and practicing alternative therapy and participating in many Indigenous Medicinal healing ceremonies. In 2016 I became an ordained minister and perform non-denominational weddings and in 2019 began my plant medicine and cultivation studies and continue to do so today, crafting sacred remedies and natural potions from my garden.
